“We wanted our family to land in a home where we could benefit from all the beauty this island has to offer. But we had no idea that working with Billy would lead us to buying our dream home in the Golf Cost of Adeje. When he first sent us the listing, we almost immediately dismissed it for a few different factors. But because he has been working with us for months, he knew it hit all the aspects of a home we desired.

This was the third offer on a home and although we felt that the third time’s a charm, we knew there would be work to make sure we were the chosen buyers. This was a complex deal and Billy worked tirelessly for several days as we negotiated to come to an agreement that both us and the seller would approve. During a home buying process, your agent gets involved in the most important decisions of your life, and we couldn’t have imagined a better person to help us navigate these moments.

We said it over and over, that we felt as though we were her only clients during the time he worked with us. But as an agent, he had been supporting multiple other clients the entire time - it just never made us feel that way. Any potential buyer would be lucky to have someone that is so dedicated to finding them their next home. We couldn’t recommend him enough and feel as though as lucky as we were to have landed our dream home, we were equally as lucky to have landed him as our agent.

“There are some people who come into your life, and you first think they’ll be a part of your journey only briefly or for a certain purpose before parting ways. That is not Emma! My husband and I met her two years before being serious about our search for a our next home in Puerto Santiago Tenerife, and when we first met her, we didn’t even realize we’d use her as our realtor. Emma’s kindness, care, persistence, patience, and knowledge of the market led us to keep in touch with her and ultimately let her know that we wanted to move forward together when we were ready to seriously search for the perfect house. She listened to us, noted what we wanted and what we *didn’t* want, and helped us consider properties that fit what we were looking for—even if we didn’t consider them ourselves at first. Our first bid was not successful, and having Jennifer to turn to in the wake of the bad news made us all the more confident we had a professional on our side who was determined to see us find our perfect place in the Island. Since our first bid was also the very first house we toured as serious buyers, we then got to know Emma even better while touring the next eight or so properties. Jennifer also knew what to look out for in considering a property’s features from the parents’ perspective, leading us to realize on a tour that one serious contender was immediately out because of a concrete ledge that would be unsafe for small children. Finally, on the last tour together, Emma prefaced the tour with an enthusiastic “I *love* this house for you!” And we loved it, too—so much that we put an offer down. She really knew what we were looking for and what we needed, and knew this house fit us as a family, giving us each the details or amenities we wanted. She also played a mean game of hardball, knowing others were interested in the property at the same time we were, and her clever strategy paid off: The house was ours just fifteen hours after we submitted our offer! We worked with Emma for all of a month and a half before our offer was accepted, but in that time, we realized we had an advocate on our side who not only wanted to see a deal through, but see that it was the right deal for us, too. Emma has not only been a wonderful agent for us, but a wonderful friend, and she helped make our closing night such a special one in our new home. We wouldn’t be “home” without Emma, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Once we identified this was the right place, Sobi really kicked into high gear and managed the heck out of the process. he built a strong relationship with the selling agent, connected us with the right mortgage provider here in the Island witch is not easy with all paper works ect.., advised us on the right bidding strategy, and even guided us to draft a love letter which we did. We loved that he left nothing to chance, and made sure that we had the most compelling offer on all fronts. Needless to say, we got the house and we have Sobi to thank for making this lifelong dream happen.

We’re thrilled that we’re now able to call this wonderful place home, but also so glad we met Sobi through this process. he’s not only a talented real estate professional with multi languages skills capacity, but a kind, genuine person and just a joy to be around.
